Run the machine behind the studio so the work can move fast without breaking.
What you would do
- Own the operating rhythm: planning, resourcing, and what gets started or stopped.
- Keep utilisation and margin visible, and raise the alarm before a project drifts.
- Build the systems a growing studio needs before it needs them.
What we are looking for
- Run operations at a studio, agency or product company.
- Comfortable holding people to a plan without becoming the plan police.
- Numerate enough to read a project P and L and act on it.
