What you would do

• Own features end to end, from the shape of the data to what a person sees.
• Set the engineering standard for each new venture as it starts.
• Keep the platform shared, so the fifth venture is faster to build than the first.

What we are looking for

• Shipped production software on a small team where you owned the outcome.
• Strong product judgment, and willing to argue for a simpler scope.
• Comfortable across the stack rather than specialised into one layer.
